The scoreboard
One glance tells you where to look.
Every objective is a block. The big number is the score. The colour is how confident its owners are of hitting it, measured against the bar for that kind of goal: 7 for a commitment, 5 for a stretch. Green needs nothing from you. Amber and red are where the conversation should be.

Enter the new number, say how confident you are, add a line on what happened. okrgo asks how you feel compared with last time, so answering takes a second, and each answer adds a point to the trend.

Alignment
See who supports what.
Objectives link to the objectives they support, across the organization, its teams and individuals. Open the map, pick any objective, and see its key results and everything connected to it.
Close-out
End the period on purpose.
When a period ends, every key result gets a decision: close it out at its final figure, carry it into the next period, or replace it with something new. One sentence on what you learned travels with it.
